Introduction

300 grams of pork belly (cut into 2cm×2cm×1cm), 300 grams of potatoes (size is free to taste), green onion, ginger and garlic cut into sections, salt, 4 star anise, 10 peppercorns, 50 grams of vermicelli, 30 grams of edible oil, 500 grams of water


practice

1. Wash and cut the pork belly first, and boil it with cold water until it is cooked to 5 minutes. The pork can be taken out slightly white, without waiting for the water to boil.

2. Use cooking oil to fry the pan and fry the white sugar (brown sugar is also acceptable). If the color is not good, put appropriate amount of soy sauce, add the simmered meat, add star anise and pepper to stir fry together.

3. When the meat is evenly colored, add 500 grams of water (do not add too much, try to add one at a time), cover the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

4. Add the appropriate amount of salt, put the potato pieces and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes.

5. Then add the chopped scallion, ginger, garlic and vermicelli, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
