Braised Chicken with Mushrooms

Garlic slices. Red and green peppers are cut into thin strips. Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in water, washed with sand and drained. Wash the chicken legs, use a kitchen paper towel to absorb moisture, and cut into appropriate pieces.

Take a deeper container suitable for microwave ovens, pour sesame oil, move the container into the microwave oven, and heat at 900 watts (or high heat) for 1 minute.

Take out the container, put in the cut chicken thigh pieces, garlic slices, ginger slices, mix well with chopsticks, cover (or seal the container mouth with microwave oven special plastic wrap) and put it back into the microwave oven with 900 watts (or high heat) Heat for 5 minutes.

Take out the container, add the soaked shiitake mushrooms, transfer the old soy sauce, rice wine, white sugar, salt, then add 500ml of water, mix well and put it back in the microwave and heat it with 900 watts of heat for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with shredded red cabbage and green pepper.


Tips

In addition to chicken legs, chicken wings or whole chicken can be cooked in this way.
