350g pork belly, steamed meat powder 100g, proper amount of ginger slices, garlic slices, soy sauce, salt, rice wine, sugar.


practice

① Cut large pieces of pork belly (width 3cm, length 8cm, thickness 0.5cm) into the bowl.

②Add proper amount of soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice wine, ginger slices, garlic slices and pork belly, mix well and marinate for 2 hours.

③ Marinated pork belly is best mixed with steamed meat powder and put into a bowl.

④ Add boiling water to the pot, boil the pork belly after boiling, steam for about 30 to 45 minutes.
